About College

Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (Autonomous) a premier self-financing engineering 1985 and is managed by Sri Venkateswara Educational and Health Trust. The college offers 12 under-graduate courses and 7 post-graduate courses in Engineering and Technology. These courses are approved by AICTE and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The College attained autonomous status in the year 2016. The college is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with A+ Grade in the year 2022. The National Board of Accreditation has accredited many of the eligible programs. The college is an ISO 9001:2015 certified institution. The college is situated in serene environment about 37 Kms from Chennai and located in Chennai – Bangalore National Highway (NH4) at Pennalur, Sriperumbudur in Kancheepuram district.

The Computer Science & Engineering department of SVCE is one of the most sought-after departments. It offers 2 undergraduate courses (B.E - CS & B.Tech - AD) and 1 postgraduate course (M.E - CS) in the field of computer science. The department is equipped with a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty members who are passionate about teaching and research. The department is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities such as well-equipped laboratories, advanced software, and hardware resources. Key-Note Speaker

Dr. Ryhana Begum P is a scientist and engineer in the power system group at ISRO. She was the project manager of Chandrayaan 2 and is currently working on Chandrayan 3, India's lunar exploration missions. She also contributed to the development of Indian navigation and communication satellites.
